I am a second generation REALTOR® and a happy to be nominated as your candidate for Central Brokerage Director.

I bring to the table an extensive and proven track record of passionate and committed involvement, knowledge, experience, integrity, advocacy and leadership on your behalf.

Together we are strong.  Our Industry is under pressure and changing.  We need positive, innovative, flexible and knowledgeable voices on our Board.  To unite and stand up for members, leverage our diverse expertise and strength, keep our industry united of purpose & voice, enable a positive & productive environment that empowers our members, businesses and industry to evolve, transition and succeed.

•  listen, understand your needs and be a strong voice for you.  At the Board table and in the industry promoting positive change and improving communications & governance within TREB and Organized Real Estate.

•  continue to be a strong government relations voice for you on issues like the Municipal Land Transfer Tax, Energy Audits, Personal Real Estate Corporations, Condo Act and more.

•  be fiscally responsible, promote transparency, and accountability to all members while protecting the value & integrity of our Board’s MLS® System, and achieving recognition of TREB’s size and contributions to our industry.

•  be innovative, flexible and support a value based platform of leading edge tools, technology & services.  Ensuring our members continue to be knowledgeable, relevant and leading edge now and into the future.

•  promote professionalism and education to improve industry standards, and public perception of REALTLORS®.

•  respect, recognize & appreciate the contributions made by Members to their communities our profession and industry.
